On October 10, 2015, outdoor grounds of OZ MALL hosted the Time of Happy People fest. This was an event for those who can enjoy life and gift happiness. Each visitor could fulfill a dream there: become a designer, artist, florist for a day; play hoops with a dream team; rehearse a wedding ceremony; participate in a photo contest; dance with the coolest dancers etc. The festival was a joint venture given to people by SpecProject PR agency and OZ MALL.
