Complex PR-campaign of “OLYMPEXPO-2008” – Exhibition of Industrial Products & Design Works of Turkey for Turkel Fair Organizations (Turkey)

SpecProject Agency developed and executed complex PR-campaign of “OLYMPEXPO-2008” Exhibition of Industrial Products & Design Works of Turkey in the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation. Client – Turkel Fair Organizations (Turkey). The exhibition was conducted under support of the Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade of the Republic of Turkey and Turkish-Russian Business Council. Period of PR-campaign 01.08.2008 -31.10.2008. Services of the Agency include:

1. Development of complex communications program

2. Mass media relations
- preparation and distribution of information materials to mass media of the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation and to federal specialized mass media
- invitation of journalists to the events within the framework of the project
- organization of interviews with exhibition organizers
- mass media registration at the exhibition
- press-kits preparation
- mass media monitoring
- work with information partners
- preparation of press-clipping report

3. Interaction with Krasnodar Region and Krasnodar Municipality governmental authorities
- preparation and distribution of information materials
- business correspondence and negotiations on behalf of the customer
- invitation of the governmental officials to participate in the exhibition opening ceremony and in business program
- coordination of organizational issues within the framework of the project

4. Interaction with Cambers of Industry and Commerce in 4 regions of the Southern Federal District of Russia in order to organize delegations and inform branch specialists
- preparation and distribution of information materials
- business correspondence and negotiations on behalf of the customer
- organization of delegations from regions to the exhibition

5. Relations with branch unions and Associations of the Southern Federal District

6. Organization of the events within the business program of the exhibition
- organizational support of the exhibition opening ceremony
- press-conference organization
- organization of meeting of official delegations of Turkey and Republic of Adygeya

7. Development of the exhibition’s corporate style and presentation materials, including:
- development of design concept
- design of invitations, placards, press-folders, banners
- slogan of the exhibition

8. Preparation of consolidated report of PR-campaign
